Mix 3 tablespoons of tomato juice with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and apply it to your dark spots or the whole face. This will help you get rid of the tan. If lemon juice irritates your skin, you can mix tomato juice with gram flour and apply it in form of a paste. 

 

  • Coconut Oil

 

Coconut oil is the best natural moisturizer out there. It is a staple in many Indian kitchens and that is solely due to its many benefits. Massage your bare skin with a few drops of coconut oil every day, this will bring a significant glow to your face. Before going to swim, massage coconut oil well on your face, hands and other visible parts of your body, it will protect your skin from harmful chlorine in the water.   • Raw Milk

 

There are natural ingredients that help treat and take care of sensitive skin especially during the winter season. Raw milk is the best natural cleanser for sensitive skin. Not only does it take out impurities but also provide good moisture. 

Dip a cotton ball in raw milk and apply it directly to your skin. Massage the remaining droplets of raw milk well into your face and then wash it off with warm water. 

 

  • Baking Soda

 

Baking soda is the best home remedy for dry, sensitive skin. Baking soda balances the H level of the skin and helps in reducing inflammation, rashes or breakouts due to its antibacterial properties.

 

  • Amla

 

Indian gooseberry or Amla is also very good for sensitive skin. Amla extracts or amla juice is very nourishing for the skin and adds radiance to the skin as well. Extract amla juice and mix it in warm water, drink it daily and you will see a difference in just a few days. Remember to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily as hydration is key to good skin.
